*Professional Skaters Association (PSA) Member: Registered Rating in Group Lessons
Basic Accreditation

Basic Accreditation course information: The course is divided into cognate areas representing biomechanics, ethics, nutrition, sports medicine, sports psychology, and weight training. In addition, questions will be asked on skating technical execution. 

*PSA Continuing Education Requirement (CER) Category B

*United States Figure Skating: Registered Coach & Member.

* Washington Figure Skating Club Member.

*Coaching background: 2001 Coach at the Chiller Ice Rink and IceHaus (home rink of the NHL's Columbus Blue Jackets).

*Competitive skating background (Gold medalist, 2011 U.S. Adult Figure Skating Championships, bronze ice dance). Other competitions include: Mt. Lebanon Invitational, Ohio High School Invitational, etc.

*Education: BA, University of Findlay; MPA, American University.

*Certified in CPR and First Aid through the American Heart Association

About me: I work full time for the Arlington County Planning Division but maintain my passion for the ice. I reside in Arlington with my husband and daughter.
